Day One
Afternoon
Upon your arrival in the Poconos, head to The Swiftwater to check in and relax after a day of travel. With our Romance Retreat package, you will be met with a bottle of bubbly, chocolates, and a seasonal floral bouquet in your room to enjoy later. Then, you can head out to explore some of what the Poconos has to offer, like as a sunset walk at Big Pocono State Park just a few minutes down the road. If you would rather stay in, you can relax by our indoor/outdoor pool no matter the season!
Evening
After settling in, it’s time to wine and dine! With the package, you will receive a $50 voucher to redeem at Olivet, our in-house restaurant, or at Desaki, our sister property just down the walkway. After your delectable meal, grab a drink and relax fireside. Once you are ready to head back to your room and enjoy the bottle of bubbly, you will be met with a package-exclusive turndown service to make your trip extra special.
Day Two
Morning
In the morning, sleep in a bit and enjoy quiet quality time together. Then, head downstairs to Olivet for a delectable breakfast included with your package. Afterwards, get ready for the day and head out to explore all the Poconos has to offer!
Afternoon
For the afternoon, head out for an adventure exploring the Pocono Mountains. You can head out on a hike to experience the natural beauty of the Poconos or hit the shops at the Pocono Premium Outlets. If you are history buffs, you may enjoy learning about the roots of the Poconos at various historic sites! Looking for a little more adventure? Evening
Relax and rejuvenate for the early evening with a couples massage at Magnolia Wellness Center. On your way back to The Swiftwater, stop by Frogtown Chophouse, a local American Steakhouse, for a romantic dinner. Make sure to try the Crab Cake, their signature dish! After your meal, head back to Olivet for a drink to ‘wine’ down before tucking in for the night.
Day Three
Morning
After you both wake up feeling relaxed and refreshed, you will have the opportunity to eat breakfast at Olivet once again. If you chose to book the Romantic Retreat package, this second breakfast is included! Plus, take some time to enjoy a cup of coffee on the garden patio while taking in the fresh morning air.
Afternoon
Before heading home, take a quick trip down the road to Pocono Dessert Co., located just one minute away. This local favorite offers guests a delightful array of sweets to choose from. One of the best they have to offer is their cannoli desserts, which are stuffed upon ordering, meaning you will be met with the freshest cannoli possible. If you like other types of sweets, Pocono Dessert Co. also features freshly ground coffee drinks, made from locally sourced beans, and other yummy treats like their jumbo cupcakes (in multiple flavors!)
