What is the minimum age to book a room?

  • Those under 21 must be checking in with a parent or guardian. Those under 18 must always be accompanied by an adult in or out of their room.

What is the minimum age for the Concierge Level?

  • Concierge level rooms and Plunge Pool rooms are for adults 21+ only. All those under 21 are prohibited from entry. Rules are strictly enforced by hotel management. Any infraction will result in forfeiture of deposits and full night stay as well as eviction.

What are your restaurant hours?

  • Olivet Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge, Open Daily
  • Breakfast 8 AM - 11 AM
  • Lunch 12 PM - 3PM
  • Dinner 5 PM - 10 PM

What are your check in/check out times?

  • Check in is 4pm

How many people can be in each room?

  • King Rooms (2 people max)
  • Double Queen Room (4 people max)
  • Swiftwater Suite (4 people max)
  • Executive Double Queen (6 people max)
  • Executive King (4 people max)
  • Plunge Pool Suites (2 people max)

Pricing is set for up to 2 people in each room. There is an additional guest fee of $25 per guest over the standard 2 occupants.


What is the proper attire for the restaurant?

We recommend that our guests dress in smart casual (no robes, hats, workout gear or swimwear). As such, swimwear is not permitted in the dining room at any time.

Also when walking through the hotel, guests must wear a cover up and not walk around in their swimsuit and/or towel.

Do you allow children?

While we welcome families of all ages to our facility, please note that our environment is designed with a focus on tranquility and relaxation. We require that children under the age of 18 are supervised by an adult at all times to ensure they maintain the serene atmosphere that our guests enjoy. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you allow pets?

We do not accommodate pets, however, we do accommodate service animals as outlined through the ADA.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • A one-night deposit is required at booking
  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before your arrival date are fully refundable
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit

Is smoking permitted?

Committed to providing a healthy and relaxing experience for all guests, The Swiftwater is a smoke-free environment.  Please refrain from smoking of any kind. If smoke of any kind is detected in your room a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to your guest account. We appreciate your cooperation.

There is a designated smoking to the right of the front entrance near the parking lot.

What is your cell phone policy?

Thank you for your efforts in connecting with nature by disconnecting from electronic devices, ensuring a quiet sanctuary for all. All digital devices must be placed on silent or vibrate throughout your stay. Although silent use of your digital device is permitted, watching videos or listening to music without earbuds is prohibited. We are flattered when you take photos and share your memories while your device is on silent. 

Can you bring in outside food or drinks?

Outside Food or Drink are not permitted in the public spaces of the hotel

Can you eat or drink at the pool?

Yes, you can enjoy cocktails and snacks from The Olivet by the pool but no glass is allowed in the pool area. Please note that outside food and/or drinks are not permitted at the pool. 

What is the proper attire for the pool?

Swimwear worn in the pool must be well fitting and not overly revealing.

Is the pool open to the public?

No, the pool is reserved only for hotel guests. 

What are the pool hours?

The indoor/outdoor salt water pool is open 9 AM- 10 PM daily: The pool is open to all ages 9am-5pm and adults only 5pm-10pm.

Is there an incidental hold at check-in?

Yes, a $300 incidental hold is placed on your credit card at check-in. This is a temporary hold to cover any incidental charges or potential damages during your stay. The hold will be released after check-out, pending a final room inspection. Usually this hold can take 7-10 business days to fully release and show as available on the guests card (debit cards take longer).
