While we welcome families of all ages to our facility, please note that our environment is designed with a focus on tranquility and relaxation. We require that children under the age of 18 are supervised by an adult at all times to ensure they maintain the serene atmosphere that our guests enjoy. Thank you for your understanding.
What is your cancellation policy?
- A one-night deposit is required at booking
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before your arrival date are fully refundable (Excluding special discounted rates)
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit
Is the pool open to the public?
No, the pool is reserved only for hotel guests.
